📉 Social Media Myths vs Facts
You’re not just signing up for support—you’re entering an orbit of clarity, calm, and calculated magic. Here’s how we onboard new clients with style and precision:
1. 🖋 Fill Out the Raven Intake Form
We ask a few intentional questions to uncover where you are, where you’re headed, and where the friction lives. The more you share, the sharper our strategy.
2. 🎁 Book Your Free 30-Minute Strategy Call
This is our gift to you—a zero-obligation session where we explore opportunities, bottlenecks, and how Rogue Raven can serve as your silent operator. ⚠️ Hot tip: Filling out the form beforehand lets us maximize this call. You’ll walk away with immediate insights—not background basics.
3. 📜 Sign the Contract
When you're ready to fly with us, we seal the deal with clear terms and shared expectations. Professionalism, always.
4. 🎨 Upload Your Brand Assets
Think logos, fonts, vibe references—even messy mood boards. I’ll translate your chaos into clarity and consistency from day one.
5. 📅 Schedule Your Kickoff Call
This deeper alignment session sets priorities, communications flow, and immediate deliverables. Ritual meets strategy.
6. 📆 Review Your First Calendar Buildout
Your time—reimagined. You'll see a refreshed, intentional schedule tuned to your energy and capacity, not just your to-do list.
💥 Boom — You're In.
You’ve entered a new operating rhythm—clean inbox, smooth systems, crystal clarity. And just enough mystique to keep things fun.
Because done right, it’s not just a task — it’s a revenue channel.
You’re not paying for Canva templates and random hashtags. You’re investing in a strategic partner who understands your audience, your goals, and your message.
Cheap content costs more in the long run — in missed opportunities, wasted time, and the stress of constantly playing catch-up.
We totally understand needing to stay within a budget — and that’s why we’ve built flexible options like trials, one-time packages, and add-ons.
But our prices aren’t random.
They reflect time, strategy, creativity, and years of expertise.
Discounting that doesn’t just lower the price — it lowers the value of the work and the respect for the process.
Instead of negotiating the price, let’s talk about what fits your current needs and bandwidth.
That way you’re still getting aligned, intentional content — without cutting corners.
Once your intake form is submitted and onboarding begins, our team invests time in reviewing your materials, setting up documentation, and preparing your project for success. These activities are considered billable labor.
If you request a refund during this phase—before any creative work has started—your request will be reviewed case-by-case.
You may be eligible for a partial refund, minus onboarding and administrative fees.
Please note:
No refunds are issued once creative work begins or deliverables are provided.
If your project is paused due to incomplete forms, we offer a 7-day grace period for rescheduling before your time slot is released.
This policy ensures fairness, protects our team’s energy, and honors the time already invested in your project.
Billable hours include any time spent actively working on a client’s project or account, whether or not it immediately results in a signed contract or completed deliverable. Examples include:
Client calls and meetings – All time spent consulting, advising, or coordinating with the client.
Emails and text communications – When you are providing guidance, clarifying project details, or sending follow-ups.
Proposals, forms, and DocuSigns – Preparing, customizing, reviewing, and sending documents for the client’s project.
Administrative support directly tied to the client – Tasks like setting up portals, organizing project files, or reviewing submitted information.
⚠️ Key point: Billable time is not just “completed work” but any work done on behalf of the client, even if the client has not yet signed an agreement.
