What’s included in my onboarding?

Your onboarding includes a branded intake form, kickoff call, scope review, and access to your workflow system. Additional services like custom strategy, content audits, or platform setup are billed separately.

Can I text or DM you if I have a quick question?

No. All communication must go through approved channels. Off-channel requests violate our boundaries and delay your project. We protect your time—and ours—with documented systems.

 

 What if I need something outside my package?

We’ll flag it, invoice it, and adjust your timeline accordingly. Rogue Raven doesn’t assume upgrades are included. Every add-on is intentional, billable, and documented.

 

What happens if I miss a deadline or feedback window?

We’ll reschedule based on availability. Delays may affect your deliverables or require a scope adjustment. Our systems are built for efficiency—timely feedback keeps everything on track.

 

What if I have an urgent issue?

We have an in-system set up for urgent issues.

It documents the issue, flags priority, and activates our resolution workflow. This protects both parties and ensures accountability.
