Fixed Hours vs. Fixed Schedule

The Fixed Hours allocated to your retainer package represent a bank of dedicated time used to complete the specific deliverables within the month.

 

This is not a fixed daily schedule.

 

Rogue Raven Studio maintains control over the scheduling and execution of these hours, performing the work during our standard operating days (Monday–Friday).

 

While we guarantee the completion of the tasks, we are not an "on-demand" service and cannot accommodate requests for work to be done at specific, fixed times outside of pre-scheduled appointments.

 

Requests requiring immediate execution will fall under the Priority Hourly Rate of $90/hour.

 Regular, systematic updates, cleaning, and maintenance of one core CRM or database.

Basic Social Media Administration

 Focused on administrative tasks, such as scheduling pre-approved content, uploading media, and basic platform health monitoring (does not include content creation, copywriting, or strategy).
