Clients receive a detailed proposal outlining what Rogue Raven Marketing can do to support their business. It is the client’s responsibility to review, verify, and approve the scope before signing.

  • Agreements formalize the approved scope, timeline, and terms.

  • Work begins only after the signed agreement and full payment are received.

  • Any changes post-signature require a revised agreement and updated invoice.

  • We do not haggle pricing—our rates reflect the strategy, experience, time, labor, protection, and premium systems built into every offer.

  • We do not monitor messages outside business hours.

  • All communication and deliverables are scheduled within this window.

  • We are not available during most U.S. holidays—please check our schedule for seasonal closures.

  • Outside of business hours, we honor focused personal commitments and do not engage in work-related communication.

To ensure clarity and timely delivery, we strongly encourage scheduling calls, feedback, and submissions in advance.

This allows us to serve you with full attention and strategic care.

Clear communication protects your time, our workflow, and the integrity of your project.

  • We communicate exclusively via email for all active projects.

  • Casual messages—including DMs, texts, and voice notes—are not part of our official workflow and may be missed or delayed.

  • Off-channel requests will be flagged and redirected to approved systems.

  • Project updates, feedback, and deliverables are scheduled intentionally within business hours.

This boundary ensures every client receives focused attention, documented support, and timely delivery. To keep your project on track, please share assets or request changes via email only.

Payment & Booking

  • Standard turnaround: 5–10 business days, depending on scope.

  • Rush requests (under 48 hours) are considered premium and must be approved in writing.

  • Timelines begin only after intake forms, assets, and payment are received in full.

  • Delivery dates are scheduled based on availability and project complexity.

Every project is paced for clarity, quality, and impact—never urgency for urgency’s sake.

Revisions & Feedback

  • Requests outside your signed scope will be flagged and invoiced before work begins.

  • We do not respond to casual “quick questions,” exploratory ideas, or off-channel brainstorms without a formal upgrade.

  • Strategy pivots, new platforms, or expanded deliverables require a revised agreement.

  • We do not offer free audits, engagement boosts, or “just one more” edits—every request is documented and billable.

  • Respecting scope protects your investment—and our ability to deliver with excellence.

Your project is officially booked once full payment and a signed agreement are received.

  • All invoices reflect the approved scope, timeline, and deliverables.

  • Late payments may delay your project start and affect scheduling priority.

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or scope changes will be invoiced separately before work begins.

  • We do not begin work without both a signed agreement and confirmed payment.

Turnaround Times

We welcome strategic, package-aligned feedback that supports your goals.

  • Each service includes one round of revisions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional edits, pivots, or re-scoping may incur separate fees.

  • Feedback must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery to remain active.

  • All revisions are scheduled based on availability and scope.
